This salsa is not only delicious but also visually appealing, with the vibrant colors of the fresh vegetables and herbs. Enjoy this delightful and healthy addition to your meal!

Ingredients

  • Avocados cubed
  • Corn
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Red onion
  • Bell pepper from the garden
  • Jalapeno
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Cumin

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Cube the avocados and place them in a large mixing bowl.
    • If your corn is raw, cook it first (either boil, grill, or roast), then cut the kernels off the cob. Add the corn to the bowl with the avocados.
    • Finely chop fresh cilantro, red onion, the bell pepper from your garden, and a jalapeƱo (remove the seeds if you prefer less heat). Add these to the bowl.
    • Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes, depending on their size, and add them to the mix.
    • Mince the garlic and add it to the other ingredients.
  2. Season and Mix: Sprinkle cumin over the mixture for a warm, earthy flavor. Gently toss all the ingredients together, being careful not to mash the avocados too much.

  3. Serve and Enjoy: Serve this colorful and fresh salsa as a side dish, with chips, or as a topping for grilled meats or fish. It’s a perfect blend of creamy, crunchy, sweet, and spicy flavors.
