Ingredients
Scale

- Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes (amount to taste, but a good starting point is about 1/4 cup)
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
-
Prepare the Kraft Macaroni & Cheese:
- Cook the macaroni from the box according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
-
Make the Cheese Sauce:
- On low heat, add the butter called for on the box to the pot with the macaroni, along with the cheese powder from the Kraft packet, and stir until the butter is melted and the pasta is evenly coated.
- Pour in the recommended amount of milk and add the cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir continuously until the Velveeta is melted and the sauce is creamy.
-
Season the Mac and Cheese:
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper to taste. Start with a pinch of each and adjust according to your preference for flavor intensity and heat.
-
Combine and Serve:
- Once all the seasonings are well mixed into the mac and cheese and the sauce is smooth, give it a final stir to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
- Serve the mac and cheese hot as a satisfying side dish or a quick main course.
