- 1/2 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika or 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill/chives (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the Base: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Duke’s mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and yellow mustard until fully combined.
- Sweeten: Add the honey to the mixture and whisk again until the honey is well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Add Flavor and Spice: Stir in the apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, and smoked paprika or fresh herbs (if using). Mix well to ensure all the spices are evenly distributed.
- Season: Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning, adding more honey or mustard according to your preference.
- Combine: Once all ingredients are well mixed, give the dressing a final stir to ensure everything is well blended.
- Chill and Serve: Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Enjoy: Serve this honey mustard dressing over a crisp garden salad, as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders, or drizzled over grilled vegetables.
