- 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz Gentian Amaro
- 1 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1 oz Jefferson’s Bourbon
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the lemon juice, Gentian Amaro, Amaro Nonino, and Jefferson’s Bourbon.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass. You can serve it “up” (without ice) or on the rocks (over ice), according to your preference.
- Garnish with a sliver of lemon peel.
