- 2 oz Jim Beam Orange for a citrusy bourbon base
- 1/2 oz ginger liqueur to add a spicy sweetness
- 1 tsp ginger syrup for an extra kick of ginger
- 1/2 oz Rose’s lime juice for tartness
- Juice of half a fresh lime for bright acidity
- Carbonated water to top off the drink and add fizz
- Orange slice and lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Garnish:
- Cut a fresh orange into slices and a lime into wheels. Set aside for garnishing the drink later.
- Mix the Cocktail:
- In a shaker, combine the Jim Beam Orange, ginger liqueur, ginger syrup, Rose’s lime juice, and fresh lime juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Assemble the Drink:
- Fill a mason jar or a Moscow mule mug with ice cubes to keep your drink cold.
- Strain the shaken mixture over the ice.
- Top off with carbonated water for effervescence.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish the drink with a slice of orange and a wheel of lime on the rim of the jar or mug.
