- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
- 2 oz Blood orange juice
- 1/2 oz Orange Blossom Honey syrup
- A dash of Cranberry bitters
- Burnt Orange peel and a few cranberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, Cointreau, green chartreuse, blood orange juice, and honey syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker until it is about half full, then put the lid on and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Add a dash of cranberry bitters on top of the cocktail.
- For the garnish, take an orange peel and hold it over a flame until it starts to char slightly, releasing the oils. Rub the rim of the glass with the burnt orange peel, then drop it into the drink.
- Add a few cranberries to a cocktail stick and place it across the rim of the glass as an additional garnish.
