  • Club soda, to top off
  • 2 dashes black walnut bitters
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprig and peach slice for garnish


  1. Prepare the Base:
    • In a shaker, muddle the chopped peach and mint leaves vigorously to release the flavors.
  2. Add the Spirits:
    • Pour in the peach-infused bourbon and ginger liqueur.
  3. Shake it Up:
    • Add ice to the shaker and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  4. Add Bitters:
    • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice and add the black walnut bitters for a nutty depth.
  5. Top with Soda:
    • Gently pour club soda to fill the glass, giving it a light fizz.
  6. Garnish:
    • Garnish with a mint sprig and a fresh peach slice to highlight the drink’s fruity character.
