The Jefferson Airplane
A twist on the classic “Paper Plane” cocktail, this drink features the bitter and herbal notes of Gentian Amaro, balanced with the sweetness and complexity of Amaro Nonino and Jefferson Bourbon, and the zesty freshness of lemon juice.

- 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz Gentian Amaro
- 1 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1 oz Jefferson’s Bourbon
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the lemon juice, Gentian Amaro, Amaro Nonino, and Jefferson’s Bourbon.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass. You can serve it “up” (without ice) or on the rocks (over ice), according to your preference.
- Garnish with a sliver of lemon peel.
