Buffalo Sauce

- 1 bottle of Frank’s Red Hot sauce
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 packet of Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing mix
- 1/4 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (opt for a ‘plain’ style rather than a smoky one to balance the heat)
- Cayenne pepper to taste (optional for extra heat)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the stick of butter over low heat.
- Add the chopped fresh garlic and the packet of Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing mix to the melted butter. Stir and cook until the garlic is translucent and aromatic.
- Pour in the entire bottle of Frank’s Red Hot sauce to the mixture.
- Add the BBQ sauce and stir well to ensure all ingredients are fully combined.
- If you prefer a spicier sauce, add cayenne pepper to taste.
- Let the sauce simmer for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Once the sauce is done, remove it from the heat. It can be used immediately or stored in a jar or container in the refrigerator for future use.
