Krammes Stuffed Celery
This simple dish is at every Krammes family gathering. Easy to make and surprisingly delicious.

- 1 block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar of sliced green olives with pimentos
- Celery stalks
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the block of softened cream cheese with the entire jar of sliced green olives with pimentos. You can do this by hand using a spatula or with a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment for a smoother consistency.
- Clean the celery stalks and cut them into 3-4 inch lengths, creating ‘boats’ that will hold the filling.
- Using a spoon or a piping bag for a neater appearance, fill each celery boat with the cream cheese and olive mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed celery on a platter. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve to ensure the filling is firm and the celery remains crisp.
- Serve the stuffed celery cold as a refreshing and savory appetizer or a crunchy snack.
